Manuscript preparation:

All unpublished manuscript must be submitted through online system or email. We prefer endnotes and all pages must be typed and double-spaced (including references and endnotes). Text must be in 12-point Times New Roman including margins of 1inch on all the four sides and number all pages sequentially. Tables, figures and equations must be numbered in a row using Arabic numbers. References must be prepared using the APA style guide. All manuscripts should be in English language. Research papers should be carefully checked by the author(s) to avoid grammatical and typographical errors.

The manuscript must include (i) Title Page include research title and list of authors, their affiliations and email addresses, (ii) Abstract and keywords, (iii) Introduction, (iv) Literature Review, (v) Methodology of the study, (vi) Results and interpretation, (vii) Conclusions, (viii) Acknowledgments (optional), (ix) References

Title Page- Make sure that the research title is precise and brief (5 to 20 words). Titles should be presented capitalise each word.

List of authors, their affiliations and email addresses - Give the full names and affiliations of all the authors. Affiliations should include department, university or organization, city, and country. One of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author, and their email address needs to be included.

Abstract - The abstract should briefly establish the manuscript, not exceeding 150 words. No citations should be included in the abstract.

Keywords - 5 keywords should be included and must be separated by commas to distinguish them.

Introduction - The introduction section should give a background for your manuscript. When preparing the introduction, please consider the background information, problem statement, rationale of the study, scope and aims of the study. Also, keep in mind that several readers will not be specialists in your research field.

Literature review – It includes the review of pertinent literature around the globe and numbers all references sequentially. After considering the related literature, a research gap must be written. Thereafter, the research questions/hypotheses and specific objectives must be incorporated.

Methodology of the study – It should be presented by way of research design, sample design, data source, variables used, tools used and model specification, if any.

Results and interpretation - This part should include the major facts, results and interpretations.

Conclusions – It sums up the major findings, simplify their meaning, policy implications, limitations of the study, suggestions for further research. 

Acknowledgments - This section includes the names of people who in somehow contributed to the research paper, but do not fit the criteria to be listed as the authors. You can also include information about funding sources.

References - References must be prepared using the APA style guide. References used in the text should be cited in the reference section only.
